The SmallRig x Caleb Pike Co-design Edition VB212 V-mount battery was jointly created by SmallRig and Caleb Pike in April 2024. This unique battery features a 212Wh capacity, versatile I/O options, and 140W of PD 3.1 fast charging, further enhanced by Caleb Pike's exclusive signature, giving the product a distinct sense of exclusivity.

Boasting lightning-fast charging capabilities, the SmallRig VB212 V-mount battery supports a wide range of fast charging protocols, including PD3.1, QC2.0, QC3.0, PPS, AFC, DCP-1.5A, and APPLE-2.4A. It offers high-power USB-C bi-directional PD fast charge/discharge up to 140W, allowing you to fully charge the battery in just 2 hours. Adopting a parallel circuit design, the fast charging speed is maintained even when charging multiple devices simultaneously, with a total output power not exceeding 212W.

This V-mount battery comes equipped with a multitude of interfaces, including two USB-C ports, two D-TAP ports, one USB-A port, a DC 5.5 x 2.1mm 8V-OUT, a DC 5.5 x 2.5mm 12V-OUT, and a BP port. These versatile connectivity options enable powering a wide range of devices, such as DSLR cameras, camcorders, monitors, smartphones, wireless video transmitters, tablets, laptops, and video lights. Additionally, the V-mount backplate features a 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded hole, allowing you to securely mount the battery using a ball head or other clamps.

The front of the SmallRig V-mount battery features a bright, crystal clear TFT color display, providing an accurate reading of each port's power output and the total output power. This real-time monitoring allows you to stay in control of your power usage. Note: To ensure optimized charging for low-power devices like earphones, Bluetooth speakers, partial low-voltage monitors, and other accessories, activate the low-current mode by clicking the button 4 times, and exit by clicking it 4 times again.

Compact and portable, the SmallRig V-mount battery measures only 5.2 x 3.3 x 3.1 inches and weighs 47.4 oz, approximately 20% smaller than traditional V-mount batteries. Its aluminum alloy body with a silicone coating provides robustness and drop-proof protection. The battery is also heat-resistant and fire-retardant, thanks to the use of TPU and PC V0 materials. The scratch-resistant PC and acrylic cover enhance the battery's durability and protect the TFT display, ensuring clear and accurate battery status information.
