The adjustable space between the two 1/4" screws is 30mm-40mm, making it compatible with any camera cage that has a standard 1/4"-20 thread on top, such as the SMALLRIG cage 2087, 2049, 1982, and 1889, as well as other SMALLRIG cages.

The cold shoe base on the top of the handle can be used to mount standard shoe accessories, such as microphones and LED lights, making it a versatile tool for handheld shooting. The 1/4"-20 mounting points in the front can be used to attach additional accessories, further expanding the functionality of this top handle.
